Special Banana Dessert


Ingredients

  • 1 large size sugar free white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 ¼ cup low fat milk
  • 1 ½ cup low fat sour cream (or plain low fat Greek yogurt)
  • 4 oz whipped topping
  • 4 bananas, sliced

Mixing Directions

Mix pudding using the milk and sour cream (or yogurt). Mix in the whipped topping. Place about 1/3 of the pudding in a bowl. Slice 2 of the bananas evenly over pudding. Add ½ of remaining pudding. Slice other 2 bananas over pudding. Cover with the remaining pudding. May be served immediately or covered tightly and refrigerated long enough to chill.
