Halibut with Cilantro, Lime and Garlic
Prep Time 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes / Total Time 25 minutes
Ingredients
Nonstick Cooking Spray
3 (4 oz) halibut fillets
½ cup white wine
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray
- Place the halibut fillets in the baking dish
- In a small bowl, whisk together the wine, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic. Pour this dressing over the fillets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, and serve
