Halibut with Cilantro, Lime and Garlic

Prep Time 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes / Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

Nonstick Cooking Spray
3 (4 oz) halibut fillets
½ cup white wine
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Place the halibut fillets in the baking dish
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the wine, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic. Pour this dressing over the fillets.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, and serve
