Fat Head Pizza

A Feast for a Warrior

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup almond meal or flour
  • 2 TBS cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp garlic salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the shredded grated cheese with almond flour in a microwave bowl, add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Stir and microwave on high for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add the egg and spiced to the mixture and mix gently.
  5. Place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll into a circular pizza shape.
  6. Removed the top parchment paper, if difficult to work with put back in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soft again.
  7. Make fork hole throughout the dough to ensure it cooks evenly.
  8. Place dough onto pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Once cooked, remove from oven and add pizza toppings of your choice. Make sure any meal is already cooked. Return into oven for 5-8 minutes to melt cheese.
  10. Cut and serve.
